Terms of Service
The short version of how my-qr works. No fine print tricks.
Your code never dies
free and lapsed/canceled codes keep redirecting forever; downgrade/cancellation locks editing and analytics only, never the redirect.
What my-qr does
my-qr lets you print a QR code once and change what it points to — a menu, a link, or a PDF — without reprinting. You place a code on a table or a menu, then edit what's behind it any time.
The guarantee, in plain words
- If you downgrade or cancel, every code you've printed keeps redirecting. Your menu stays live.
- What you lose is editing and analytics — you can't change the menu behind a code or see new scan data until you upgrade again.
- Nothing else is taken away. A code you printed is yours.
Plans and payment
There's a free plan (one menu, three codes, with a "Powered by my-qr" note) and paid plans (Pro and Business). Full price, billing interval and renewal date are shown before you check out, and you can cancel in one click from the billing portal.
Payments are handled by Stripe on Stripe's own checkout. We never see or store your card number.
Acceptable use
Use my-qr for menus, links, and content you're allowed to share. Don't point a code at anything illegal, malicious, or misleading, and don't abuse the service to spam or overload others.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we'll post it here. The guarantee above doesn't change.
